Alpha Krav Maga Self-Defense
Krav Maga, the oldest Mixed Martial Art presently in use. Originally developed for the IDF in 1948, Krav Maga is a hard-hitting compilation of advanced conflict resolution methods and several fighting technologies including Western-style Boxing, Thai Boxing, Grappling and Wrestling. Emphasis is placed on the use of small arms including rifles, pistols, edged weapons, sticks and batons, both offensively and defensively.
While other Krav Maga systems are very technique-focused, Alpha Krav Maga International’s System combines up-to-date, devastatingly-effective self-defense techniques currently used by the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) and proven to be effective on people of all shapes and sizes, irrespective of age, gender, fitness level or combat experience.

One World Kids Program: Crossfit / Krav Maga / Olympic Weightlifting / Yoga
CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. It is meant to be fun for kids of all age groups and based on the principle of Mechanics and Consistency. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids!
CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG for all ages. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for your child. Combined with our One World Krav Kids Self Defense Program, One World Kids Olympic Weightlifting and Yoga Program, your child will have the best of Fitness and Self Defense all in one program!
CrossFit Kids classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday 5:00pm-6:00pm. Kids Krav Maga classes are held every Monday and Wednesday 5:00pm-6:00pm. Youth Olympic Weightlifting class held on Saturday 08:00am-09:00am. Yoga class held on Sunday 10:30am-11:30am.

One World Bootcamp
Boot Camp is a group training program that lasts six weeks. Sessions will include short distance running, full body movements, kettlebell training, core stability, speed and agility drills, and interval training.
One World Boot Camp is for men and women of all ages and athletic abilities. You don’t have to be in great shape to join One World Boot Camp, but you do need to bring a great attitude, and a willingness to stay motivated to try your best.
We are One World Boot Camp located at 33415 Western Ave, Union City Ca. 94587.
BOOTCAMP is $150 for a 6 Week Session with a set Start Date and End Date. Please note that these sessions are not on a rolling 6 week basis. If you sign up late for a Class Session then your training period is that much shorter.
Example, if you sign up 1 week late of the Class Session Start Date then your total Class Session is 5 weeks long, so sign up early!

On-Ramp and Private Coaching
To get started at CrossFit One World, you’ll need to complete 3 one-hour (On-Ramp), one-on-one private coaching sessions with an experienced CrossFit Instructor. In your 3 sessions, you’ll learn about the fundamental movements, lifts and exercises that you’ll find in any CrossFit class. You’ll learn what weights to use and how to make the movements work for your abilities. You’ll also learn about nutrition, mobility, and flexibility.
After the 3 On-Ramp sessions, you will spend 2 weeks in a Level 1 class honing your newly learned skills in a non-pressure environment.
If you are looking for private coaching, you will have to show competency in all movements, lifts and exercises that we use in our daily group classes and pass our conditioning and mobility requirements. Our Instructors will work one-on-one to get you towards your fitness goals.

Barbell Club: Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting
Olympic Weight Lifting is one of the foundation movements in CrossFit, and we will be offering two classes per week to fine tune your technique in both the snatch and clean and jerk. This will be a one-hour session where we will focus on either just the snatch or the clean and jerk and break down these movements into its specific parts to fine tune and reinforce the fundamentals of proper movement. This is a wonderful opportunity to get some constructive criticism on your technique and build your strength to start setting some PRs!
Olympic Weightlifting classes are Tuesdays from 7:30pm-9pm, Saturday from 10:30am-12:30am and Sundays from 10am-12:00am. Tuesday and Sunday classes are limited to 8 athletes. Saturday class is limited to 20 athletes.
Powerlifting class Thursdays 7:00pm-9:oopm.

Youth Olympic Weightlifting
If you’re looking to help your child succeed in their sport, our Saturday Youth Weightlifting class is the perfect way to set them up for success under the guidance of Olympic Weightlifting Coach Yatsek. Coach Yatsek has mentored world class weightlifting athletes.
Your child will experience a session of learning how to move properly with more power in the Olympic weightlifting movements. These classes provide a great translation to utilizing power and body awareness that compliment their other sports activities such as football, volleyball, cheer leading and baseball.
Youth Olympic Weightlifting is free to One World Kids Members.

Cardio Core Kickboxing
Cardio Core Kickboxing with master trainer Alex Dilone. Classes are Monday and Wednesdays with a 50 minute calorie burning session: 9:00am to 9:50am.
Unlike traditional cardio kickboxing classes where people burn calories by punching and kicking in the air without any strength and stability work, Core kickboxing incorporates proper stretching methods, important core strengthening holds, compound workouts and a selected arrangement of strikes and defensive applications. We will practice some of the basic Krav Maga defensive and offensive moves and cover a wide range of functional full-body exercises. Core Kickboxing will also include the use of kettlebells, medicine balls and elastic bands.

The cardio boxing class with Coach Donato at One World will be hosted at 630am every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.
The classes are 45 minutes long and you’re guaranteed to leave drenched in sweat! If you own a pair of boxing/ bag gloves, please bring them with you. Wraps are optional but recommended. Please arrive early to allow time to wrap.

Gymnastics and Yoga: Mind and Body Conditioning
Gymnastics are exercises developing or displaying physical strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. The older we get, the more we need to work on these skills. Gymnastics classes are every Wednesdays from 11:00am-Noon.
Yoga is designed to strengthen and add flexibility to the body and mind through the practice of Yoga. Yoga classes are every Sunday from 10:30am-11:30am
Both the Gymnastics and Yoga programs are part of your One World membership (Bootcamp, Crossfit, Krav Maga) at NO additional cost. Non-Member Drop-in fee is $15.00 each class.

Eskrima, aslo known as Arnis and Kali, is the national sport and martial art of the Philippines. The three are roughly interchangeable umbrella terms for the traditional martial arts of the Philippines that emphasize weapon-based fighting with sticks, knives, bladed weapons and various improvised weapons. Eskrima also includes hand-to-hand combat, joint locks, grappling and weapon disarming techniques.
Guest of One World (non-members) are always encouraged to drop in! The drop-in fee for guest is $15.00.

Do you have setup fees or contracts?
We do not have a setup fee. If you are new to Crossfit, we require you to attend the 10- one hour Private Sessions so you can learn the fundamental movements before you can safely participate in a class.

- Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 3 days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date.
- All membership payments are non-refundable. Membership may be put on hold for a maximum of three months per year.
- Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable.
- If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
Late Payment/Declined Credit Card Fees: Late payment/declined credit card fee of $35 will be charged on any payment past due.

Month to Month Membership:
- Monthly payments, once billed, are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Once cancelled, members forfeit their current monthly rates as rates are subject to change.
6 Month Membership:
- 6 month memberships can be put on hold for a maximum of 1 month during a 6 month period.
- 6 month memberships are non-refundable.
All Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation requests received after the billing period will not be refunded.
