KIDS FIT

Whether your child is a novice or a competitive athlete, One Worlds’ Kids Programs will help develop motor skills, physical strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and a positive attitude towards both physically and mentally. No sports experience is required for your child to participate and are designed for children between 7-15 years old

Kids Fit is a 60 minute class. The class starts with a 5-10 minute fun warm up either performed as a whole group, partnered or individually. A 10 minute skill work of the day is then followed by a couplet or triplet 5-7 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) or a time task WOD (workout of the day). Rope climbs, pull ups, jump rope, box jumps, tire flips, team sled drags, kettle bells and dumbbells movements are just some of the equipment used to train the young athletes. After working hard, the kids get to have FUN! Games at the end of each class keeps the kids mentally and physically wanting to come back for more fun!

DISCLAIMER: Parents are expected to stay and watch the first class to get an understanding of what the Kids Fit programming is about. Thereafter, Parents are highly encouraged to stay and watch the growth of their child.
