One World offers private coaching to help you improve your overall health and fitness.

You will receiving more individualized attention in your chosen Private Coaching Class Sessions. Private coaching allows you to work one-on-one with our expert trainers. Sessions are designed with your goals in mind, whether it is health, strength training, injury prevention, preparing for a fitness competition, and/or performance goals you’ve set for yourself. Whether you are coming off an injury or have specific health and fitness goals, our program is right for you! A typical private training session lasts about 60 minutes, but can be designed to fit whatever your schedule requires.

All sessions are by appointment only and can be scheduled in advance.

Private Coaching Sessions will start with a cardio warm up followed by a variety of drills, skill work, mobility and strength training designed to help you reach your goals.
