OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Our school specializes in the development of weightlifting fundamentals using Chinese training methodologies. The main focus is on building athletes from the ground up, working to refine and perfect their technique. Whether it’s learning proper balance (an element missing completely in most lifters we see initially), timing, or positioning, you can learn what to look for and how to improve. If you respond well to detailed feedback, we want you in our school.

The school wants to attract high quality applicants who are eager to learn–not necessarily the strongest or most experienced–and our system is very efficient for these types of individuals. Chinese weightlifting programming for professionals doesn’t always match the needs of amateurs with less training availability and recovery capacity. Over the last 5 years we have adapted their principles and seen through trial and error what works and doesn’t work.

One World Weightlifting School is also committed to cultural exchange and working with athletes from all different backgrounds. 

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Olympic Weightlifting Membership includes Yoga sessions. *Sorry. No Military, 1st Responder, Student or sibling discounts offered at this time*

Olympic Weightlifting is offered 3 times a week:

  • Tuesday & Friday : 6pm
  • Saturday: 10am

POWER LIFTING

One World’s Powerlifting class is tailored for the individual athlete based on strength, mobility, physical skill, technique and mental fortitude. Once the day’s program has been designed, the athlete is expected to perform the conditioning at the pace directed by the coach.

Powerlifting is a very physically and mentally demanding style of training. Athletes work under the watchful eye of the coach. Participants in Powerlifting range from Competitors and CrossFit athletes to beginners and the athletes who only want to improve their overall strength and health. The Powerlifting community is very supportive and nurturing. It is hard work with a lot of fun!

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Powerlifting is offered times a week:

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 630pm-8pm
  • RESERVATIONS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR GROUP SESSIONS

We are currently offering private coaching lessons. Please refer to our PRIVATE COACHING tab. Session are offered by Coach Josh Moore
