Battle on Sunset (September 27, 2014)

Hey One Worlders!

I just registered for this local completion. It’s on September 27! Also, don’t forget that I’m also registered for the Summer Strength Challenge on September 13. It think it would great to have a handful of you sign up too.

Here’s the info:

Antioch CrossFit is excited to host our first Competition! We will have both Rx and Scaled divisions. The top 5 men and top 5 women in Rx and the top 5 men and top 5 women in Scaled will go head to head in a final WOD. Great vendors & prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each division.

 THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS

 WODs will be released 1 week prior to the competition, September 27, 2014

Athlete check-in will be from 7am-7:45am. At check in you will receive your score cards (which you will need to have with you at the beginning of each WOD), and an event T-shirt.

Athlete briefing will begin promptly at 7:45 so that we can get any questions handled and start the competition at 8:30

Athletes must be prepared for anything! Below are some of the movements that may be included but are not limited to:

Squat Cleans Rx (185/115) Scaled(95/65)
STOH (135/95)(95/65)
Power Cleans (185/115) (95/65)
Front Squats (185/135) (135/95)
Deadlift
Sled Pull
Double Unders Scaled (singles)
Box Jumps (24/20″)
Burpees
Wall Balls
