20 Single Crossovers/40 Single Unders

♀ 35 lbs ♂ 50 lbs

RX+♀ 50 lbs ♂ 70 lbs; 40 Single Crossovers.


All 8 snatches and lunge steps are all performed with one arm before switching to the second arm to complete the second set of 8 snatches and lunge steps.
