Accumulate Reps x Weight

Between you and your partner, perform successful lifts to accumulate to a max total weight in 20 minutes. You both must use the same bar. You can add weight at any time, you cannot take weight off of the bar .

0:00 -5:00: Snatch

5:00 – 10:00: Ground to overhead

10:00 – 15:00: Clean

15:00 – 20:00: Deadlift

Score is sum of all reps x weight. Example: 2 reps of snatch at 105# and 3 reps of G2O at 115# = total weight of 555#

PRINCESS PEACH (No Measure)

4 ROUNDS

10 reps – weighted pistols w. 1 dumbbell

10 reps – hip thrusts (50% 1RM front squat)

10 reps – front rack lunges (55% 1RM front squat)

10 reps – elevated clamshell bridges w. 1 dumbbell

Pick weights that are challenging but you can do 40 total reps of.
