The Crossfit Games Open annual test is right around the corner beginning on February 16 for 3 weeks. We will be programming past Open workouts throughout this cycle.

6 Thrusters, 100#/ 65#

6 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups

9 Thrusters, 100#/ 65#

15 Thrusters, 100#/ 65#

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18,
