100 Meter Farmer’s carry (2 x 50/35 lbs)
16 Box Jump Overs (24/20 inches)
10 Snatches (95/65 lbs)

1 minute of rest after each round. LOG THE SLOWEST TIME of the 4 rounds
Grip strength is essential, and this workout will really put yours to the test. Starting each round with a heavy farmer’s carry, expect to break this up from the beginning. Pick the heaviest weight. You can do 50 meters unbroken when fresh.
