Epic Functional Fitness July 11, 2015 (Saturday)

Epic Series is back! Crossfitters and Bootcampers had a great time participating in the 2014 Epic Series. Let’s do it again this year!

What Is EPIC Series

EPIC Series is the first ever functional fitness obstacle course, and it’s followed up by an awesome post party with gear tents, live music, and lots of food where all of our EPIC athletes can bond over their mutual achievement. We’ve crafted a course with more than a dozen serious fitness challenges, plus cardio and plyometric routines, that will push people to their limits.

Whether you’re competing against others or trying to achieve your personal best, make no mistake, this is a race.

Each challenge is followed by a “function lap”, which involves running an awkward object around the course. This is time to let certain muscles breath and make up some time if you’re lagging.

Who Can Do This?: Whether you’re a beginner or a beast, all challenges are fully scalable and modifiable. Challenging and fun for the rookie, yet grueling and demanding enough to test the truly epic athlete.
