Hello team!
Make sure to gather your team of three athletes for wam-up and keep in mind that is will be your team for the final game ๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป

Game #1 this will be a solo workout (one team only)
Make sure to set up your Barbell , plates and 2 Dumbbells.
Note: Please DO NOT load your Barbell. Lifting weights without a proper warmup will lead you into future injuries.

3 Athletes per team (same as warmup)
Partner โAโ will be the Pacer and tag Parner “B”
Parner โ B โ will go for Max effort to accumulate as many calories as positive.
Parner โC โ finish the lunges as fast possible for a longer recovery while waiting to be tagged by Parner “B”
The goal is to complete the target Calories within 15 min.
