Independence Day Schedule 2018

Hey One World Family,

One World Self Defense and Fitness will have limited class hours on Independence Day, Wednesday, July 4, 2018.

  • Crossfit 10:00am class
  • Open Gym 10:00am – 1200pm
  • Bootcamp 5:30am class
  • Bootcamp 7:30am class
  • Krav Maga 11:00am class

Regular classes will resume on Thursday, July 5 at 6:30AM
