We are excited to announce OW Yoga Body Sculpt with Yogi Justin Toland!
OW Yoga Body Sculpt is a group training and personalized fitness program that lasts 5 weeks. Sessions will include a focus on Yoga based stretching, body weight movements, interval training and cardiovascular endurance (i.e. short distance running, jump ropes, rowing, wall balls, kettle bells etc). Yoga Boot Camp!
Justin’s philosophy is “We don’t Force it. We Feel it.” All movements incorporated in the classes will have high to very low impact modifications for all body types and supportive movements for injuries. Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to participate. What a great way to balance any current Crossfit, Krav Maga, Boot Camp and other athletic conditioning! Perfect for active recovery day.
Classes schedule are:
1) Tuesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm (Yoga Body Sculpt)
2) Thrusdays 7:30pm-8:30pm (Yoga Body Sculpt)
3) Saturday: 10am-11am (Cardio Crew Fitness)
Cost is $150 for a 5 week session. This is a specialty course. It is not free for members. Sunday Yoga is free for anyone who in the Yoga Body Sculpt Program.
