  • Every 2 minutes for 12 mins 4 deadlifts

  • 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders
  • 25-20-15-10-5 Dumb Bell Power Clean 50/35 Rx

The dumb bell power clean come up in this years Open so we will keep the momentum going here. This workout will be grip intensive, so figure out how you want to split them up.
