100 Back Squats
1 Mile Run

Men – 225, 205, 185, 165
Women – 185, 165, 145, 125

*Cap is 40 Minutes! You must warm up to the weight that you will use for your 100 back squats. Warm up sets do not count towards your work sets, please choose your weight wisely and break up your sets accordingly. You can work as a team of 2, as long as the two of you complete 100 reps each.
