Tier 1

2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ challenge weight
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ challenge weight
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ add 10 – 20lbs
1 Clean + 1 Jerk @ challenge weight X 5

Tier 2
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 60%
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 65%
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 70%
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 75% X 5

Tier 3
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 60%
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 65%
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 70%
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 75% X 5

Tier 1, 2, and 3 complete the following:

*Round 1
3 minutes – Complete as many reps as possible, of:
21-15-9
Thrusters
Pull-ups

(30 seconds rest, and then)

*Round 2
2 minutes – Continue where you left off in Round 1

(45 seconds rest, and then)

*Round 3
1 minute – Continue where you left off in Round 2

(1 min rest, and then)

*Round 4 – NEW ROUND/SCORE ROUND
Complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes, of:

Pull-ups

Score is total reps completed in round 4 OR time!

Tier 1 – 75/55, Jumping Pull-ups
Tier 2 – 75/55, Pull-ups assisted
