Strength: Bent Over Row (10X10)
10X’s EMOM Reverse Grip (Palm Up) Bent Over Rows, Focus on squeezing shoulder blades and activating lats
Use DB, Barbell, or Weighted object

WOD A: Metcon – 10 Min AMRAP
10 Goblet Squats
15 Russian KB Swings
20 Russian twists

***3 Minute Rest then***

WOD B: Metcon – 10 Min AMRAP
**On Top of Every 2 Mins 5 Burpees**
10 Dead Lift
