10 synchro toes-to-bar buy in to every round.
#1: 100 wallballs → 100 sit ups → 100 alt pistols
+ mandatory 3 minute rest
#2: 100 thrusters (65/95) → 100 burpees → 100 front rack lunges (65/95)
+ mandatory 3 minute rest
#3: 100 pull ups → 50 wall walks → 1000m run
Groups of 3, everyone can go at the same time to complete the reps. 30 minute cap.
Scale by adding more friends to your group, max 5.
