Every 1 min for 20 mins, alternating between:

Min 1: 15 Toes-to-bars

Min 2: 6-10 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in

Min 3: 10-15 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

Min 4: 6-10 Burpee Bar Touches, 6 in

Min 5: Rest 1 min

This is a conditioning piece. Focus on quality reps, not quantity. Reduce reps if you cannot complete the prescribed reps within 45 seconds.
Scaled movements:

Knee ups, Sit Ups

Reduce box height, Box step overs
