Masters Functional Fitness League (October 2014)

The 2015 MASTERS WORLD TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP will consist of 3 – 4 events. Each event will consist of 6-8 WODS which you will do over the course of 10 days (2 weekends). 

All levels of athletes (Elite, RX and Scaled/Injured)  aged 35+ are encouraged to join their regions team. 

All workouts will be scaled to age and gender including 35+, 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+ and 65+.

Workouts will be published online for you to perform at your home box and scores will be submitted online.  Your workout should be judged by a judge at your box and some video may be required-it is expected that most video requirements will be able to be done with your cell phone.

This is a team event- Region against Region.  Masters athletes sign up individually and we will put you onto your regions team. You do not compete against the studs in your region- you compete on the same team with them.
