Hey One Worlders!

Lots of exciting things happening this year! Big congratulations to coach Marlo for taking 1st place at the San Jose Fit Expo! Coach Lindsey lead her team (EGA) to a 7th place finish at Regionals! Art Zambrano took first place for his division in Power Lifting! Coach Maria placed #128 world wide for Masters Women 50-54. 

There are a lot of One Worlders competing this year. Check out our “Box News & Events” section for details! Get out there and compete! It’s hard work but a lot of fun!
