What’s up One Worlders! Please save the date, this Weight Lifting seminar will benefit YOU!!!

CrossFit One World, Saturday August 9th, 10am – 3pm Former Olympic Lifter and Powerlifting Champion Max Aita (pictured here, squatting 705lbs) is coming to One World.Come and learn from one of the best coaches around. With over 10 years experience as both an athlete and a coach in the sport of Weightlifting, Max Aita’s wealth of knowledge will help you become a better lifter. Max has studied and trained under many highly successful coaches, including Ivan Abadjiev, Steve Gough and Glenn Pendlay. Max has coached national medalists, current National and PWA record-holders in Weightlifting and high level CrossFit Games competitors.

Do not miss this opportunity. Both coaches and athletes will benefit from this seminar. Max will be going over the theory behind the movements and sharing drills and progressions he uses to teach both beginners and veterans.This will be a hands-on workshop so be ready to listen, learn and lift! (And possibly PR!)The video is of Max making a visit to Mark Bell’s Supertraining Gym to coach up some of his athletes…(seen in the video – Ben Alderman (7th) and Blair Morrison (13th) at the 2014 Norcal Regionals). The seminar will be capped at 20 people. The cost is 100 dollars. Please see me in the gym for more details.
